From relaxing & restorative to vigorous vinyasa flow…
Don’t know where to begin?
Gentle
Yoga
Gentle Yoga is our foundational "beginner" class. It introduces the building blocks of breath, movement, and the mind-body connection in a safe and supportive environment. This class moves slowly and emphasizes ease as much as effort. Props and variations are offered for assistance, alignment, and comfort in all body types.
No yoga experience is necessary. Come as an absolute beginner or a seasoned yogi in need of something soft and mellow. We recommend this class for all first-time students!
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga offers a quiet, meditative escape from the rush of modern life. Through long, relaxed stretches, this class downshifts the nervous system and releases deep physical tension. Each pose is held gently for several minutes, allowing connective tissues to soften and joints to open. This practice invites you to slow down, breathe, and embrace presence- cultivating mindfulness, ease, and the feeling of being truly grounded.
Yin is ideal for anyone new to the practice or needing a pause + reset.
Yoga
+ Meditation
This class blends gentle, mindful movement with simple meditation practices to support both body and mind. We’ll move through an accessible yoga sequence designed to release tension, improve mobility, and build strength, followed by a 5–10 minute seated meditation. Explore a variety of techniques including breathwork, progressive relaxation, visualization, and mantra, to help calm the nervous system and cultivate inner steadiness.
No prior experience is needed. All are welcome.
Slow Flow
Slow Flow is a more relaxed approach to the vinyasa style, where movement is synchronized with the rhythm of the breath. This class is unhurried but intentional and encourages strength, balance, flexibility, and a deep sense of release in the entire body. The pace and postures offer the perfect balance of challenge and calm.
All levels of experience are welcome.
Align + Strengthen
Align + Strengthen is designed to help you feel strong, steady, and supported- both on and off the mat. This class emphasizes functional strength, balance, and core stability. You’ll move at a slow, mindful pace while building resilience in your muscles and joints, supporting bone health, and enhancing coordination for daily life. Perfect for those looking to maintain strength, move with confidence, and feel more capable in their everyday routines.
All levels welcome.
Flow
"Flow" introduces the rhythm of breath and movement in a dynamic, full-body practice. This class generates heat, increases strength, improves cardiovascular health, and promotes overall mobility, through intentional and creative sequencing. The steady pacing of inhales and exhales anchors the mind, turning the practice into a moving meditation. Leave each class feeling invigorated, centered, and fully alive.
All levels are welcome, though experience is helpful. Options and modifications are offered to meet your unique body and abilities.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a deeply soothing practice that prioritizes rest. Prepare to move slow, breathe deep, and pause the busy churning of life. This class is designed to relieve the body and pacify the nervous system. Expect to relax deeply into fewer postures completely supported by props. Restorative Yoga is an embodied meditation practice that creates the conditions for deep healing and enables students to cultivate the skill of conscious relaxation.
This class is suitable for all levels, including first-timers, and is particularly beneficial for those recovering from illness or injury or looking for a therapeutic introduction to the practice.
Flow + Restore
Flow + Restore is a harmonious blend of energizing movement and deep relaxation. We begin with a warm vinyasa to open the body and release tension, before transitioning into cooler, floor-based postures that encourage rest, renewal, and replenishment. This thoughtfully balanced class offers everything you need in one hour- strength, flexibility, calm, and restoration.
All levels are welcome, though some yoga experience is helpful. Modifications and guidance are offered throughout, so you can shape the practice to meet your needs.
