We’ll begin with an all-levels practice designed to ground and inspire. From there, Joey guides a conversation that explores themes of joy, community, generosity, and heart-centered transformation- themes echoed in our most beloved movies, carols, folklore, traditions,
& the philosophy of Yoga itself.

Each year, Joey deepens this passion project with new layers of insight and warmth, inviting us to experience the season with renewed presence and perspective.
