This 2 hour workshop is designed to take the mystery (and the intimidation)
out of “Flow” yoga.

Flow 101 is intended for beginners, returning yogis, and anyone craving a deeper understanding of the fundamentals. We’ll explore the how and why behind common Vinyasa poses, transitions, and breathwork- so you’re not just following along in class, but moving with intention and clarity.

Through guided breakdowns and 1-on-1 support,
you’ll learn how to adapt this practice for your body, refine your alignment, and feel more grounded & at home in any Flow class. We'll cover everything from Downward Dog to Warrior poses, basic balances, backbends, and more. You’ll get the tools to center your mind, build strength, and connect breath with movement in a way that feels natural and empowering.

We'll close with a gentle cooldown, Savasana, and meditation to help integrate what you've learned. Walk away with more assurance, deeper body awareness, and a sense of ease in your practice- as well as the courage to attend every class on our schedule.
